You can serve God by sharing your talents…
With the congregation in praising God during worship (choir, reading scripture, deacons).
By bringing hope to others in need (outreach projects for food pantry, Angel Tree, coat/supply drives).
Extending kindness and love to our world (Week of Compassion, disaster relief, global ministries).
By serving others, we strengthen our connections in Christian unity and spread the love of God as ambassadors of kindness and generosity.

There are many ways to share compassionately
at Community Christian Church

Outreach Team
The purpose of the Outreach Team is to recognize and serve human needs in the community and the world.
We offer members and friends many ways to use the gifts we have been given to serve one another and those in need, so God will be glorified.

Congregational Care Team
We can minister to the physical needs of our church body by providing meals, rides, errands and visits.
This is a practical way to put faith into action while helping members and friends at times of funerals, births, adoptions and difficult situations (e.g., extended illness, surgery, etc.).

Deacons
CCC Members volunteer each Sunday to serve communion to others.
Other duties may include collecting tithes and offerings, and welcoming the congregation into worship.

Liturgists
Each Sunday, we are blessed by CCC Members who enrich our worship through responsive readings, prayers and scripture.

Choir
What a blessing it is to have live music and a choir leading praises to God each Sunday!
The choir rehearses before the 10:00am service during the months of September through May.
